Ancient symbol themed bracelet with two Death Valley jasper cabochons and one faceted Oregon sunstone.
This piece is made with copper metal clay that has been molded and fired, leaving copper components which I then fused to hand textured Argentium sterling silver back plates.
The links and toggle clasp are also handmade Argentium sterling silver.

Death Valley/Indian Paint Jasper is an old stock material from Death Valley. It’s Rhyolite with Hematite and is known for its unique patterns and matte finish.
When Death Valley become a national park, this beautiful and stunning material could no longer be mined.
Death Valley Jasper is an old classic, and it’s easy to see why.
It’s almost impossible to find now, except when the occasional old stock estate sale goes on the market; but those days are getting rare.
